number of defaults and re-default post modifications.

30+ years experience in regional management of underwriting,
evaluation of pool performance, REO management, loan
workout solutions and recommendations. Served as a liaison
between lenders and investor. Served as a Senior Manager
directing senior & staff underwriters. Oversaw risk
management at a national level. Garnered REO management
workout solutions & collection experience. Maintained
responsibility for compliance reviews and HUD regulation
compliance. Performed internal audits for compliance
for RESPA. Documented control weaknesses with fraud
detection and credit risk. Managed program budget in
excess of $2.5 million. Provided policy direction. Developed
and negotiated federal and state level proposals, grants
and contracts. Worked with key city and port officials
to determine methodology for politically sensitive issues.
