Our Vision
Operation Reach was founded in direct response to the mortgage crisis. Our goal is to assist lenders and investors in the management of their mortgage assets prior to entering foreclosure.

Operation Reach endeavors to do more than list and sell your REO’s.

Operation Reach staff utilizes all of our knowledge and experience to recommend and develop viable & long-term workout plans with the overall goal of reducing and eventually preventing the high number of defaults and re-default post modifications.

At the end of the day, when we have a family who has the opportunity to remain in their home, a lender who will receive monthly payments on time every month, and a neighborhood that reflects pride of homeownership, we have done our job.

Operation Reach has contracted professionals who speak Spanish, Vietnamese, Russian, Mandarin, Cantonese, and Tagalog who can assist with communication.

Founder, 30+ years experience in regional management of underwriting, evaluation of pool performance, REO management, loan workout solutions and recommendations. Served as a liaison between lenders and investor. Served as a Senior Manager directing senior & staff underwriters. Oversaw risk management at a national level. Garnered REO management workout solutions & collection experience. Maintained responsibility for compliance reviews and HUD regulation compliance. Performed internal audits for compliance for RESPA. Documented control weaknesses with fraud detection and credit risk. Managed program budget in excess of $2.5 million. Provided policy direction. Developed and negotiated federal and state level proposals, grants and contracts. Worked with key city and port officials to determine methodology for politically sensitive issues.
